At KindleHearth, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at the email listed on our Contact page, with a photo of the issue. We will provide a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive an item that doesn't match your order, let us know within 7 days of delivery and we will correct it promptly, either with the correct item or a full refund.

Change of Mind Returns

Because our products ship directly from our fulfillment partners, we are currently unable to accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. Please review product details, dimensions, and photos carefully before ordering. If you have questions about a product before purchasing, contact us and we're happy to help.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect items).

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge if you contact us before the order has shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but our standard return process applies if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
